Ask for Sean! Sean was outstanding. He came late on a Saturday night, then again early on Sunday (showed up exactly on time!). He spent hours diagnosing, explaining the options, and working through the problem (which was a particularly difficult one that required him to get very dirty). He even came back Monday to replace a piece of equipment and check in on the problem, which has since resolved after it had initially seemed hopeless.
I have no idea whether their prices are competitiveā¦ and frankly, I donāt care. Sean went above and beyond to get my issue fixed as soon as possible, and that is money well spent. THANK YOU SEAN!
EDIT: We had a follow-up issue with our main line, and David came by right away to address it (free of charge due to warranty)! He was thorough, thoughtful, and careful with our home. Fantastic service, thank you!
