This company responded very quickly, considering it was a Sunday. I called at 12:30 pm and a plumber was at my door by 2:45 pm. I had a small piece of plastic, the size of a playing card, lodged in the toilet, clogging it. The plumber came through with a very clear explanation on pricing, what to expect, what kind of issues we may face, and was crystal clear on how he was going to resolve the issue. Overall, very good experience, very good pricing, very efficient and thorough. They were finished by 3:30 pm.

Fernando and his crew came out and did our entire sewer lateral (60 ft.) in the rain. They worked fast and efficiently and left us with good quality work. They had to jackhammer quite a bit of concrete from the side and front of our house, but after they finished and laid the new concrete, it looks better than it did before. Also, there was a hinge on our gate that had broken several months ago and I hadn’t repaired it because we don’t use the gate very often. Without saying anything or taking credit for it, Fernando replaced the hinge for us. I didn’t find out until after they had finished their work and left. For me, this small detail reveals a person who is truly dedicated to customer service. Having someone on your team who would go so far above and beyond the requirements of the job is a great credit to your company. I think Fernando and his whole crew deserve some kind of recognition for coming out and working in the conditions they did, and for leaving us with such a positive impression of 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing.

I have an interesting plumbing setup, and he listened to me and followed my suggestions for clearing my clogged pipes.
