Fernando and his crew came out and did our entire sewer lateral (60 ft.) in the rain. They worked fast and efficiently and left us with good quality work. They had to jackhammer quite a bit of concrete from the side and front of our house, but after they finished and laid the new concrete, it looks better than it did before. Also, there was a hinge on our gate that had broken several months ago and I hadnât repaired it because we donât use the gate very often. Without saying anything or taking credit for it, Fernando replaced the hinge for us. I didnât find out until after they had finished their work and left. For me, this small detail reveals a person who is truly dedicated to customer service. Having someone on your team who would go so far above and beyond the requirements of the job is a great credit to your company. I think Fernando and his whole crew deserve some kind of recognition for coming out and working in the conditions they did, and for leaving us with such a positive impression of 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing.
